"The staff, atmosphere, breakfast everything was great. I booked a room which showed bathtub on the app but did not have that, so the staff shifted us to another room which was much bigger and had a bathtub without any fuss. The staff is extremely polite and ready to help. They even kept our luggage for 2 days when we were on a cruise. The breakfast is great with lots of vegetarian options."

"Clean and comfortable in a good location. Helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit limited but plenty of it, both European and Asian tastes catered for. They don't sell beer at their bar and all drink service stopped at 10pm. The laundry room was excellent and reasonably priced. "
