"My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."

"Room was clean and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed that there was a ceiling fan and windows that could be opened to let in fresh air. I also enjoyed that a couple of books had been left in the room for me to read. The gym is quite nice and the 1833 restaurant serves delicious meals."

"I can’t believe that Hilton has not yanked the Hampton Inn franchise from this location. It is old, poorly maintained, drab and grungy. Not the quality that a Hampton Inn should be. Rooms were small, bedding seemed old. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable."
