"I love Embassy Suites Hotel but I had a few issues with this location. My biggest issue was with the cleanliness of our room. There was hairs (look like from shaving) in and around the sink and tub was not cleaned. Also there were no towels each time we went to the pool. Bartender in the bar/restaurant area was unfriendly due to having no help and being overwhelmed (im guessing or maybe thats just her way). Also front desk clerk seemed to be in the same mindset.. Hearing them run around and shut there doors all morning and night was bad. Next time put your vacation guest not next to a bunch of kids. Also pool experience was aweful. Kids ruined our vacation with the pool and hot tub area. "

"Room was nasty stains on the bed spider webs in the corners breakfast was nasty it was just God awful I will never stay there or recommend anyone staying there ever the staff were outrageous they wouldn't work with us except for give us new sheets instead of saying oh I'm sorry that they're stains everywhere toilets still had s*** in it it was horrible"

"The property was clean but it needs an update. We arrived after midnight. The young lady at the front desk named Sem (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and unflappable even though my husband was being rather difficult after 24 hours of travel. She had already checked us in and helped take our begs to the room and also helped us get set up with the WiFi. Hotel management please be informed that we very much appreciate all the help from this young lady."
