The room was just one away from the pool, so I don’t know if somehow that was causing the humidity…but our room was humid to the point the sheets felt damp. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the non-slip area was dirty in the handicap bathroom. There were dust bunnies in the corners of the room. And the hallway had not been vacuumed the entire time we were there despite it being visibly dirty with chunks of stuff. Would not stay here...

Pool & hot tub were on the smaller side, well maintained, and very clean. Though could use better ventilation, heavy chlorine smell. That’s often pretty standard."

"When we arrived the place looked deserted with only one car in the parking lot. Walking in we found out the place was under a complete renovation which was not disclosed on the Expedia page or their website. Many of the amenities were also not available such as the hot tub, bar and breakfast. My credit card was charged more than I was quoted and the front desk could not explain as they said they only charged the quoted price even though I have a receipt from my card company. "The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again!"

Only 1 person was on duty, they had to check in new guests, provide towels and washcloths, answer other technology questions, fixtures in the room did not work, some of the electrical plugs did not work, it was not good."
