Hotel berdekatan Elm Creek Park

"First let me say I love that my service was welcomed with no issues. But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. The room like it had been renovated but not finished.Next room was being renovated so we heard the banging on the walls early in the morning....

"Pool area not clean, beer cans and the cushions looked nasty. Room was in need of repair in the bathroom, the hallway needed to be vacuumed and the carpet in the room needed to be shampooed."

"The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks!"

"Had trouble with room (door to room would hardly close and would be easy to get into). Front desk did not want to move to another safer room. Had to call corporate number (which was not much help either, they refer you back to hotel which management would not respond). When we showed the front desk they had other rooms we could book at their hotel they finally moved us to new room. Would not recommend due to poor management."

"I would not recommend this hotel. When I called to report roaches in the room, they hung up the phone instead of addressing my concerns. Overall, I was uncomfortable and stated that I could leave rather than offering any another assistance as I was from out of state."

"The 7th floor that I was on was very hot. I asked the front desk to check on it. Nothing happened. 2 days ater I asked again about at the heat on the 7th floor, I was told that's the way it is."

"Feels like home away from home. The first hotel I've gone to that has a full kitchen area, dining area and living room area! Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. It was a good stay, overall!!"
