This hotel was a good choice for my needs for one night. The staff was very friendly and made sure that I had hot water and that the ac was cold before I walked in.

Good, cheap option

Exterior in bad need of repair but surprised by the neatness and cleanliness of the room. Bed was fine. Plumbing was new and good shower. Hard to beat the price. (Cheaper than the KOA).

Nice a clean but could really use grab bars in shower for safety. AC was not working properly. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice room. Missed a few things cleaning, not bad. Big problem A/C Mold issue. Couldn’t run A/C for just blowing mold. Hard to relax and just breath.

AC unit in room was pretty loud. Furniture was old and a little beat, could use some updating. Front desk was nice and check in was quick. Wi-Fi password was written on the room key envelope hard to read, need to work on the 4 or Y, lol, but it worked after a few tries. Price for room is pretty low so much of the above should be expected.

I don’t know if I can say it had the basics. It had Tv and the bed was comfortable. There was hot water by the 2nd shower. The AC didn’t work. Thank God we brought a fan. It was cooler outside than in our room. Towels were thin. No refrigerator. No ice machine.

Staff amazing - hotel only so so

This will probably be the most honest feedback I have ever left. I booked 2 rooms 1 w/ king 1 w/2 queens. The king room checked in first. When I arrived she showed me her since full of broken soap, trash and looked liked it had not been cleaned in awhile. I went to tell the front desk and check into our room. The man at the front desk was very polite and moved my husband, 2 dogs and I to the sister hotel across the parking lot. Then he went to look at her room and immediately moved her to another room, where the sheets looked like they had not been washed in awhile, again he apologized and moved her after inspecting the room and asking her & I to do the same. He said and showed that he was embarrassed by the condition of the 2 rooms. The 3rd room was totally fine. We visited with family. When she went to enter her room several hours later her key would not work. My husband rang the doorbell twice to no answer, lobby was locked and no lights on, I called the front desk several times to no answer and then I rang the lobby doorbell and it was answered, the key was fixed and she went to bed. Yes it was after midnight, but it is a hotel. The bed in the sister hotel was hard, the AC worked but was loud, but the hot water was amazing! While we were waiting on family I saw the manager (?), front desk and only employee we saw, checking several rooms, only guessing he was seeing if they were clean. The man on duty deserves 10 stars the hotel & sister hotel across the parking lot - 6.

Nobody in the front office. I had to make a call. No towels. No toilet paper. No remote. Puke in the sink and it was backed up. I had to brush my teeth and use the bathtub to rinse my mouth. 25 percent of the parking lot was frozen over/ flooded. Wall paper falling off walls. Toilet bowl was black.

They had no rooms available as their cleaning lady did not come back to work after black friday. I would not recomend tjis place. Also anyone wanting to stay must pay in full upfront. Then they sent us across the street to another hotel that cost us double the price.

"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" I SAVED $15 AND HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ROOM#1-I reserved a king room, paid up-front 3 weeks before my stay. Did not get it. So the 1st room i was put in was a double. Had no water in the sink. So i went and told the lady she gave me t he room next to it. NO BETTER NOT ONE BIT, IT WAS DIRTY, DIRTY BLANKET. STAINED SHEETS TOWELS AND no fitted sheets, i stripped one of the beds to get the cleanest sheets. Both pillows stained one had dried blood. And yes i took pictures. It was disgustingly awful. I started to ask for a refund and go across the road. I was just too tired after driving for over 4 hrs, i will NEVER EVER STAY ANYWHERE, I THINK "TWEAKER TWITCH " WHEN I START TO CHECK IN.
