"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. "Wow, we rented this accommodations for Jamaica carnival and was very lucky. It was 5 minutes away from the Bob Marley Museum. 10 minutes from Devon house, the best ice-cream in Jamaica. It was very centrally located where we weren't far from anything. The unit itself is spotless and clean. It was a very well kept unit. QUICK callout to please call them 72 hours in advance to give them the heads up that you're checking in. That was the only quirky step. The unit also had a washer and dryer. "

"his is an amazing small boutique hotel in the heart of new kingston with superior guest service at every encounter. Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and very clean. My little one & I enjoy the beautiful pool area with the large lounger day beds. The decor with reggae inspired artwork throughout the hotel is something to talk about. Food is amazing with the most attentive servers...Cecile, Garnett, Tanisha, Kadian namely. Moya & Camille at front desk are great. I did miss the warm towel and champagne on Arrival which used to be the Spanish Court standard back in the day. Little details like the lack of shower caps & dental kit upon my request was a bit odd seeing it's a luxury hotel. However, my other concerns were quickly addressed & sorted. All in all this hotel gives great value and the GM Imelda is a gem."
