"Cleaning"

"It seems as though when renovated the washroom was equipped with a not to tall toilet. This can be and is trouble some to the older generation especially when no grab bars are included Unfortunately this is not unique to your hotel and seems to be the case in others also."

"Staff was very informative The breakfast was warm and tasty All in all it was a great place to get some R & R"

"Looks like a very nice place, but seems the receptionist offers different things depending how you look or what you're wearing... The client in front of me was offered to use the pool, spa etc etc. I was only offered where to go eat for some reason, I did have a baseball hat and plaid coat because of my work and I was checking in. That said I find it odd offering different options to the resort depending on how you look and wearing. Unfortunately because of the weather, rain and winds didn't...

"Location was pretty on the cliffside and was very convienent to the PEI ferry, it happened to be a lovely sunny afternoon so enjoyed sitting outside on the lawn. Ther were a couple of minor issues that was explained but no offer of compensation; plastic and paper cups; over the top room freshener and an envelope with 'gratutity' left on the microwave...havent seen that before and it didnt sit well."

"Super helpful and accommodating staff. Wall to the room were paper thin so you heard everything happening in the hall ways etc. Too expensive for what it is in my opinion."
