"Place very handy to town room warm tv worked however no sink for water only bathroom sink to fill jug. Dishes couldn’t be done as no kitchen aera just a cupboard above the desk in main room. Bathroom very clean but old. Taps hard to turn on and off. Shower not much just a screwed to wall head and pressure not to write home about. Very handy to lovely town. And parking good. Stairs to unit need a good water blast to take mould off. Staff nice room clean and bed comfy and warm. Only there for 1...

"Room and kitchen were clean and room accomdated 4 people comfortably. Parking was tight but adequate. Joy contacted us around 6:00 pm to find out our ETA and arranged a late arrival by leaving the key in a lockbox which was very helpful. Would recommend this property. "

"Convenient location and comfortable and well appointed room - perfect for our one night stay in Oamaru. Easy parking and ground floor room made access very easy. Would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers. We didn’t use the on site restaurant or bar facilities so can’t comment on that."

"We were pleased to be located at the rear of the complex so didn’t hear traffic noise. The suite was situated nicely and clean and the beds were comfortable. Was especially happy to be welcomed by a cat, not sure if it’s part of the complex or neighbour but was a delightful surprise, just want to know its name. Only there for a night so only interaction with staff was check-in and the person was friendly. Kitchen is small but has the basic supplies to be able to prepare a simple meal."
