"Room was not clean. Sheets were stained. Toilet was not working properly. Waited for maintenance but never showed up. Paid extra for a safe that was not working. Gave 2 starts for location, location is great. One staff member was rude at the beach entrance, when we were coming back from the beach the staff run to us and held my partner’s arm to check for the hotels bracelet instead of asking politely for us to show it."

The food throughout the resort was amazing, but one of the absolute highlights of our trip was dinner at the Asian restaurant. Not only was the food top-notch, but the experience itself was something special. A huge thank you to Jose, Leo, and Francisco, who took such great care of us. Their attention, energy, and hospitality made the night feel personal and memorable. They truly went above and beyond to make our last evening perfect—and to top it all off, we ended the night with an incredible fire show that was the perfect grand finale to our trip. Moments like that are what make a vacation unforgettable. Already looking forward to coming back! "
