"The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the shower's water pressure, which was very low, producing only a dribble. I hope the property can address this, as it is quite frustrating to have such low water flow in the shower."

"Location: Great location as its on the main board walk in town and allows you to walk either east or west to other areas. Easy access from the main island highway. Hotel: Very nice, quiet with great amenities. We had VIP access which was wonderful and we utilized each day.Room: Very nice, quiet, spacious with good views. I would certainly stay here again."

"had a great stat as always but unfortunately there was a hen party and a stag party made a lot of noise in a day and also come home after midnight which did disturb us few times. Paloma used to be a family friendly environment but now seems to allow large groups."

"Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff are helpful and the food was good. Our room was nice and clean with good aircon. Only thing I would say is that they need to inform you better. We didn’t have a kettle in our room and didn’t realise till the last day after talking with another person staying at the hotel that we could request one at reception. They had some great daily activities for the kids and adults to participate in too. Would definitely recommend "

"The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour at times in day."

"This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!"
