"Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. But before the negative, the positive: it’s an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel half an hour from the airport! You get the beach, the views and a natural oasis in the middle of the city. The grounds are truly beautiful! It’s definitely magical place that has worked to preserve nature. The negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but managed to get a smoke filled room. Booked the standard junior suite with tub and called out the request for a tub - no tub. I feel like there was a lot more to take advantage of, but didn’t have any kind of intro. The room not being what I requested would have been fine, just would appreciate the mention as check in."

"My stay at Bahia Principe was great. I enjoyed every moment while staying, the staff was so friendly and accommodating to your needs. The food was good and the all inclusive was worth every dollar I spent. The resort was clean and well maintained"

"The hotel is great. Rooms (I had 2) were big and spacious. Bathroom (my room) was súper little and very unconfortable position of the toilet. Actually it was hard to find because the name of the hotel and the location doesn’t Match. This is la romana cernter but the real name is hotel Frano. We found it because of the pics in the reservation not because of the address. Besides that everything was good."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Emotions, their staff are incredible and very hard working people. But I didn’t like the room, the bathroom had no door and the toilet’s door didn’t have a lock. Everything was very small, you could barely fit inside the toilet. I didn’t like that the shower glass door had no privacy and was completely see through. The AC unit was not a central air. We were sleeping under the blowing cold air all nights and it’s wasn’t comfortable. I found this place to be not very kids friendly. The pool was risky, despite the kids area, and the kids club appeared to be very old and dated. The coffee shop was amazing and became my favorite place to hang out."
