Unfortunately, there was a dog barking thay we could hear through the walls. The room was clean. The breakfast area had dirty utensils, waffle maker was dirty and only decaf coffee until we were almost done eating.

Road trip

The room that we stayed in was clean and comfortable but the furnishings were extremely worn out and the shower curtain rod needed to be tightened. This room needs to be retired.

Great location near El Paso Airport, comfortable beds, clean living space,& shower has great water pressure. Our room had a king size bed, with small fridge, coffee maker, two burner cooktop, dishes in cabinets, dishwasher and we never used it since we were out. Breakfast was standard like most hotels with coffee and tea all day. Our room was not facing the street so it was pretty quiet.

Great stay

All was good for our stay of just my wife and I. We will be back in October and will be booking again. The continental breakfast was very good with Rose being very outstanding as well as everyone on your staff. The only small issues we had was the ceiling fan was not working and the toilet lever would stick causing it to run. We just had to jiggle it. We advised at checkout.

Not so hot in El Paso

Hi, unfortunately we did not have a great experience this trip. First of all, the air conditioner in the bedroom vibrated so loudly that we could not use it and in 100 degree weather that made for a warm room our entire stay. Also, the kitchen sink was leaking so if we tried to wash dishes, water began to pool up under the sink. Speaking of water, the shower took about 5-8 minutes to warm each time we used it. Lastly, I woke up with tiny bites on our last day and sure enough upon further review it was bed bugs. On the bright side, the staff is very nice and friendly. I'm a Hilton Rewards member but unfortunately we won't be returning to this property.

The room size was so much bigger than your typical hotel room. There was a small kitchen included - a microwave, stovetop, and a full-size fridge. The kitchen table and the desk were clearly older. The desk was wobbly, making it a little difficult to do my work on the computer, but the room size, cleanliness, and helpful staff more than made up for this. Each morning at breakfast, I noticed Rose, who was taking care of breakfast. She was always smiling, helping, and making sure the breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted and assisted by the front desk personnel (Elise) - she also made sure if everything is good, however, we had a long drive from California, I was exhausted I forgot to reply back. Our suites were clean and ready. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge and kitchen area very clean. Toilets and showers are properly working without pressure cloggeds, nor water drips or etc. Only situation happened, there was a drilling noise echoing nearby it sounded something was being fixed late at night. The noise didn’t last very long, and I take that their handy person is ready to help at anytime. Parking is spacious and plentiful. Easy access to Building entrance- exits for emergencies or parking. The parking lot area doesn’t have much cameras but towering windows provides eagle eyes where you can see parking lot from the room. Definitely staying here again.

Overall, everything about our stay was as expected. The property was clean, well appointed, and quiet. Parking was ample and the premises fairly well lighted. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only slight annoyance would be the lack of room cleaning services. With a three night stay there was no room cleaning at all. We did stay in the room until late morning each day and there was a notice that room cleaning would occur every other day. However, at the end of our stay garbage cans were overflowing and clean towels were depleted. A slight annoyance as making a bed is not difficult and a phone call to the front desk would have taken care of the other issues also. We appreciated the amenities of the hotel and the price of the stay was reasonable for the services offered.
