"I had to rate it excellent because i cannot criticize this lovely hotel. However, i was very disappointed because you eliminated the shuttle service to the airport. I have counted on that for years, and it was the main reason i chose The Marriott. I know Lyft and Uber are a sign of the times and i better get used to it. There are many lovely places to stay and without your shuttle service i expect to explore other locations."

My only complaint is that The Lola Rose restaurant food was always cold. Very very dog friendly and look forward to staying at the property again soon. "

"Orbit In is for anyone seeking a throwback to the mid century modern era. It is an older property with fairly basic amenities. Stayed in the Albert Frey room which had a fireplace, outdoor shower, and record player. Bed was comfortable. There is a cocktail hour by the pool. Staff was very nice. No breakfast included. There is a small hot tub and fire pit for winter nights. Great location and very walkable to most of downtown Palm Springs. "

"Room was clean and bathroom was a good size with a great shower, surprised not to have USB ports or any shower caps / cotton pads etc, that said the toiletries were lovely and there were plenty of towels. Bar and food were great although quiet in the evening and closing up by 9pm. Spa was closed but presumably if you wanted a treatment they would have been able to sort something? "
