"The room is spacious, clean, stylish and has amazing sea views. Staff were very nice, in particular, Khalil at the reception was really helpful and always ready to support and make the most of the stay. There is 1 big pool and direct access to the beach."

"Our 6 day stay at the Sheraton in El Gouna was nothing but AMAZING, to say the least. Everything and everyone were wonderful. From the front desk manager Mr. Mohamed Amer and his staff Amani and Mohamed, to the Oriental restaurant staff, to the room service (Ahmed), all were charming, welcoming, and extremely friendly. They all made our stay a remarkable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. The hotel was clean so was our suite. Food was amazing and everyone was charming, friendly, and welcoming - from the all you can eat buffet, to the Oriental and Italian restaurants, to the bars at the beach and the lobby. This is a MUST visit property and it should be a 7 star not 5. We will definitely be back, soon. Raed"

"The pool and the gym is on other hotel properties to include the breakfast area. It would be more pleasant to have breakfast at the same facility. Clear directions to the available pool areas would be helpful. The desk manager stood at the desk and point to areas that are unfamiliar. We were only able to find one of the pool areas available to us. The hotel rooms and facilities were perfect for our trip."

"I liked everything about the property … the staff were great , helpful and sharing happiness all the time (so friendly ) , trying to keep you busy all the time with activities …. Actually all activities are available I would like to thank all the staff ( Sam , Rana , yostena , sandy ….. ) and all other for making this experience the best Of course the calm atmosphere , the sea , restaurant everything was the best …. I would highly recommend it"
