"Habitación Limpia, la aplicación no indicó que la estadía no era en la propiedad principal sino en una a una cuadra, por lo que si uno desea usar las amenidades y el restaurante debe caminar una cuadra para llegar a ellas. No hay realmente una ventaja como huésped de expedía como lo ofrecen al momento de reservar a diferencia de otros hoteles. Tuve un problema en el check in pero me contactaron a mitad de mi estadía y lo resolvieron muy bien."

"Everything was excellent. Location, room, breakfast and the beautiful plants. Gelima and Rosemary were wonderful. My room was on the ground level right at the entrance so the music playing at the bar in the evening was a bit noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything else was great. I highly recommend this place"

"Great location into the city center. Room was comfortable aside from an issue with ants which the hotel assisted with quickly. Our room was on the main level and the road is quite loud due to cars going by all hours of the night, so bring ear plugs. The rooftop breakfast was lovely and had fantastic views. "

"This hotel boasts a stunning garden and an exceptional outdoor space. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall cleanliness of the premises is commendable. However, the hot water system is quite unreliable. We had to leave the tap running for about 13 minutes to achieve a lukewarm temperature. "
