"Great free coffee in the morning and the coffee shop and the bar and restaurant were both great. Hotel is beautiful too. Only real negative was the bathroom lighting and the bed sheets. They felt like they were plastic. "

"Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "

"This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...

"the hotel itself was amazing! the breakfast you recieve when you pay for the two person breakfast online is okay you get two eggs two pieces of toast and two pieces of meat. i wish the parking situation was better. there is none, you either have to park up and around the block and walk or you have to pay for valet, 75 for 1 night."
