"Le personnel était super, la bulle était très accueillante, moderne et propre. Le seul hic est l'étanchéité de la bulle. Quelques visiteurs non désirés se sont introduits dans la bulle (araignées et bestioles). Il faut s'y attendre en étant dans la forêt. La vue est cependant magnifique, l'accueil et le service sont très bons et la qualité des installations est très bonne."

"Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure. "The views were gorgeous. The overall setting was amazing and the restaurant next door was very helpful. Communication for anything you need at the room could be finicky.
Overall pretty good place to stay, close to La Fortuna."

"Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking.
Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation.
