"Had a great stay.
Things didn't start out well, but the front desk manager who I dealt with on the second day of our stay really went above and beyond to rectify our concerns. I'm just sorry I forgot his name (early shift Jan 2).
Beakfast provided complimentary in response to our concerns was excellent. The restaurant staff offered superb service and I definitely would recommend this great breakfast overlooking Barcelona’s rooftops.
I also want to shout out Expedia customer service. Mohit...
