Great location and service

We enjoyed the cabin setup. There was plenty of space for two of us but also an extra bed in the living room and two in the loft would make it a great place for a family. The kitchen was well equipped, and the property is a few minutes walk from the strip of restaurants and stores in downtown Calafate. Breakfast was pretty good, including fruits and breads, ham/cheese, and scrambled eggs (the eggs were the only hot cooked option).

For a 3 star hotel the cleanliness and customer service were excellent. Amenities good and comfort was ok. Throughout the night the room could get a bit warm occasionally. The staff were very attentive.

Well maintained pretty property..seems family run. As a group of 3–We did the quadruple room which was 2 beds in loft, 1 sort of in the living room (we took sheets from one upstairs bed down as one did not feel comfortable going down stairs at night if needed) and then one nice bedroom downstairs with queen bed. Did not seem quite as outwardly giving of information as I had gathered from these reviews. We did up at pura vida for dinner which I would highly recommend. We got there later for breakfast..good coffee but a lot was gone when we first got there (did refresh some). We only stayed one night and it worked out well for us

I booked this hotel to visit the Perito Moreno Glacier. OMG, what an experience! When I got there it was super charming. I felt like I just walked into a Christmas card. The cabin resembles that of the ones at a ski resort. Our cabin was spotless, spacious yet cozy at the same time. The town is just down the block along with many food options. It’s owned and managed by a lovely couple that were very hands on to our needs. They were very knowledgeable and informative about not only El Calafate but Argentina itself. We felt so taken care of, it was almost as if a family member was looking out for our needs. The breakfast that’s included is perfect to start your day off, I especially thought the sweet rolls were yummy. There’s an assortment of juices, milk, coffee, tea, pastries, hard boiled egg, cold cut meat slices and cheese, yogurt and fruit. Definitely more than enough to fill you up for the morning. After a lovely stay, they even took care of arranging our cab to the airport. Thank you everyone at Linda Vista hotel for all the care and love you showed us. If you’re going to El Calafate, you would kick yourself if you stayed anywhere else but here.

Room was spacious and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and always able to help. Breakfast had excellent items, including an amazing croissant. Location is near city center with restaurants, pharmacy, activities in a 5 minutes walking radius. We will be back here, if we get a chance!
