The staff were very helpful, ordering taxis and helping with airport shuttle. The rooms were clean. Could have done with drink making facilities in the rooms. Walkable to town and all the restaurants. Good place to stay

The place was well located and in good condition. The staff was helpful getting us lunch for the mini trekking excursion to Perito Moreno and also a remís back to the airport. All in all a good experience.

Café da manhã péssimo, localização limpeza ótimos

Limpeza e localização excelentes, atendente Maristel muito solícita, porém café da manhã péssimo. Tínhamos que pagar por dois ovos diariamente, um suco de péssima qualidade, presunto melado e bolos duros, ninguém comia e no dia seguinte pareciam ser os mesmos. Uma das estadias mais caras de El Calafate, não poderiam oferecer um café da manhã tão vergonhoso. Pouquíssimas opções, pães (apenas um branco e um integral de forma) de qualidade ruins.

Estadia quase perfeita, simpatia da atendente logo em nossa chegada foi um ponto muito positivo. Nos ofereceu o quarto mesmo antes do horário do check in. Em geral, é um bom hotel, limpeza, atendimento, comodidades e localização. O café da manhã é que poderia ser mais generoso, com mais frutas, por exemplo. Descobrimos que havia omelete, mediante solicitação, à atendente, no café da amanhã, quando ouvimos alguém perguntar, pois não foi avisado.
