"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"The hotel is ideally placed for access to the medieval village. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. We decided to have one of their pizzas on our first night and it was delicious. Breakfast as well was excellent and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend the hotel. "
