"I stayed at the Gilett Hotel for 2 nights on a work trip. It’s a small boutique hotel in the middle of town within walking distance to the town centre alongside the pleasant river that runs through Köping.
The room (#231) was small, but nice & served my purpose very well with a soft bed & comfy furniture. The bathroom was quite basic, but clean.
The staff were excellent; very friendly & service minded. The breakfast buffet was typically Scandinavian and enjoyable.
All-in-all, a very enjoyable...

"Very friendly and helpful owners, check in etc happens remotely. Spotlessly clean and tidy small hotel in the train station building. Passing trains are obviously loud, but there were none between ca 2300-0700, so it didn't bother us at all, in fact it was fun to watch them pass! A short walk into the town centre with shops, restaurants and café. Free parking much appreciated too."
