Great property with pleasant view of the forests in Eindhoven. Excellent buffet breakfast. 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive to the airport. Only problem is no laundry on site, so you will have to either give it to the front desk for next day pick-up or go to a laundromat in the city.

We were redirected to Tulip Inn, not nice when you specifically book a hotel to be redirected. Tulip Inn was all good.

Handy location for the airport, clean and in a quiet area. Room was nice and clean, even if the sofa bed for the thrid person was very hard (a very thin mattress on a hard table. Also the parking at 24 eur per night is excessive.

This property was lovely, felt fresh and clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean, sheets felt clean. Breakfast was beautiful and restaurant had many vegetarian options and food was delicious. I would stay here again.

Could be better

The stay was adequate. We had an early flight the following morning. The main issue was the lack of staff. The poor young staff there were rushed off their feet. The key making machine didn't work, which caused complications. The room was ok, but we had to remake the bed as the duvet was hanging out of the cover. Convenient for the airport though.

Most of the staff was great, my only problem was upon arrival, I called the hotel to ask how to get there from the airport terminal. The reply was “use Google maps”. I then asked “you work at the hotel and don’t know how to get there from the terminal?” and he replied ”I don’t know, I have never been to the airport” (which is 800 meters away). It was late at night and raining a little so I took a taxi (€42)

Breakfast was well appointed, with good options for vegetarians. Toilet had permanent stain, disgusting. No ventilation. Extractor not functional. Odors hang around for a long time. Windows in room cannot open, no ventilation, claustrophobic. No housekeeping though we spoke to them and asked for fresh towels. Front desk person, excused cutting off my call to complain, that they were very busy down stairs. The manager who she said would call never did. We are aware of poor service in Holland in general, but were disappointed that the the US brand name didnt make a difference. Never again!
