"Lovely hotel directly overlooking the fijord from our room. Dining was excellent, truly enjoyed both our meal as well as the wait staff Artemis. She was very friendly,helpful and we enjoyed our conversations with her throughout dinner. Bar was also excellent, lovely and different cocktails, it was also nice to have the shuffelboard in the bar area. Also amazing views of the fijord from the bar area. Would highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Very charming hotel, not state of the art but rather time travelling 50 years back. With some careful renovation it could easily earn 5 stars. Superb location! Good food for dinner with reasonable pricing. Underwhelming breakfast. Restaurant staff could be a bit more empathetic. Overall an authentic and good experience. Do not expect more than 1960‘s accommodation in terms of facilities."

"Lovely small cottage behind a great cafe and bakery. Back porch has lovely view of the creek and mountains behind it. The town is very quiet and pretty (except when the huge cruise ship comes in and ruins everything, but that is not the fault of the owners). Highly recommend for a couple of quiet peaceful days. "

"LOVED this property!! We had our own cottage and had a waterfall that we could see out our back window. The staff were great! The bathrooms were across the driveway, but doable. The meals were delicious!!"
