"Très mauvaise expérience à l’Hôtel du Commerce à Cluny. J’ai découvert une punaise de lit vivante sur le lit, près de l’oreiller. J’ai immédiatement pris des photos et vidéos pour preuve. Lorsque je l’ai signalé à la direction, la réaction a été agressive et accusatrice. On m’a insinué que j’avais mis la punaise moi-même, on m’a parlé d’“arnaque bien rodée”, et menacé d’impliquer un avocat.
