"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean but shower had mildew. Bathroom floor tiles had gaps along the wall. A piece of trim would have finished it off. Front lobby windows dirty and had a musty smell. Some nice amenities were water and cookies in the room as a welcome. Robes provided. Continental breakfast was adequate but pretty much the same each day. Fruit, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Pool was nice and well maintained. Bar and entertainment on...

We asked if it was possible to change to a room with a better view, and they happily helped us without any hassle. The upgrade made our stay even more special.
