Terrible experience. For the cost of $250, we were very dissatisfied. My family was denied entry to our room until an hour after check in, which made us late for the show we were in town to see. Internet was good, the rest of the hotel was terrible. Smells like cigarette smoke and cat pee. The floor in the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and felt so outdated and cold. I could go on about the condition of the room.
