Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
All my confirmation information said this facility was in Edinburgh — it was in Glasgow!! When I called the person all he did was say people were happy staying there. When I explained the situation he didn’t care and he still charged me!! I spent 3 hours in Waverley station looking for an Edinburgh hotel at twice the cost and now I need to make a claim to get my money back
