"The breakfast was great. They had Greek style yogurt, which I really like, and they had nice fruit and pastries, and an also a menu that you could order from with great porridge and waffles. The staff was very helpful and they were always to be found in the hallway. My room was very, very clean and I always had cookies waiting by my coffee pot. :-) The only negative thing I can say is they did not have outlets on both sides of the bed only on one side, but other than that everything was perfect. It had a bathtub and a shower and a fan was in our room before we got there. This is a great place to stay. The location is fabulous."
"Top-of-the-line, elegant old world charm hotel with delicious food and agreeable, helpful and engaging staff. Large breakfast banquet. This is the place you want to be although if stairs is an issue you might be slightly challenged. There are elevators, but accessing some rooms and locations requires stairs. World class golf course. Immaculate, beautiful swimming pool. Various activities and a nature trail."
"Lovely hotel. Well situated. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The beds were super comfy. Only let down was the food. Fish and chips tasteless and everything else covered in chillies. Upside was we did mention this and was immediately refunded half the cost of our meal. Special mention to the bar manager. He was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again, but would eat out."
"Clean room, seemed dated.
Water pressure wasn’t great and the water wasn’t that hot. I was only there for one night for a conference and the bed was clean which is the main thing. Well located and reasonably priced. For other leonardos I’ve stayed in this was the most run down."
"This is a great hotel that has all the necessary amenities to make a trip pleasant. We stayed 7 nights and it was the best decision we made to book here. Blackout curtains in the room were such a nice feature and the bathrooms and showers were top notch. The location is perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We look forward to our next stay with Apex 💯"
"The stand out was the service. Friendly staff and excellent service. Room service was speedy and if you had breakfast included there was no extra charge. We had an issue with our TV and someone was there within 2 mins.
The amenities in the bathroom smelt gorgeous. Loved the variety in the mini bar. Good size mugs for a cuppa.
Only down side was the water pressure in the shower."
