This was an unplanned stop and we walked in too a beautifully decorated hotel with very elegant choices for Christmas. The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again! "

"My husband and children raved about this hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The room was spacious for a family of 5, and staff was welcoming. We asked for a roll away bed and extra towels. After eating at the restaurant, which was also fantastic, we found both requests in our room waiting. I’d definitely come back to this hotel. It updated and the service is excellent."

The current administration should invest funds in the National Parks, rather than divesting from them, and rather than spending untold, mismanaged, hundreds of millions on ballrooms and personal jets. This historied encampment deserves to be kept up in a more intentional way for our children and grandchildren. Can you imagine what Skyland would look like if just a handful of millions going toward a gilded jet were spent on the deep cleaning and deferred maintenance it requires? "
