"The breakfast served was good. I stayed in a junior suite. The size of the room was big enough for four people to move around. The beds were comfortable. The tv could have better placement. It was in a place to where one bed struggled to see it. The first night, with the lights off, I had a bug walking across the tv screen. I saw some decent size spiders in the room a few times. The hallway had a strange odor. Also, the business allows dogs in the premises. I witnessed a dog urinate all over the...

"The walls need insulating. I could hear our neighbors just like they were in our room. Not the best thing when you have to get up early for a flight. And the sliding bathroom door offers no sounds buffer either. You might as well have the door open. The hotel location was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Just needs some sounds buffers. "

"The breakfast was always well stocked with plenty of options. My one suggestion would be to move the handicap accessible rooms closer to the entrance, and not at the stairs."

"The only issue I had is that when I went to take a shower....and was in the shower....I found out there was no conditioner. And that frustrated me. Otherwise...it was fine. The shuttle service to the airport was very efficient. Leaving my car in the airport lot was very nice, and very reasonably priced as well."

"We needed a place to stay for the night during our roadtrip. This place was perfect. Comfy beds and friendly staff. Also the best hotel breakfast our whole trip. Would stay again!"

"The place is new and the staff were nice but the walls were paper thin which meant I could still hear people from the next door rooms even with ear plugs in. The WiFi was so bad (1.5Mbps) that I couldn’t stream anything. To top it all off the mattress was awful and hurt my back. Don’t stay there. "

"The pillows were awful! All the pillows were soft. Not a firm one anywhere. Also got food poisoning from the Old Chicago restaurant onsite. "

"Rooms were clean, facility was clean. Breakfast lacked any protein options. Not diabetic friendly. Pancakes, biscuits, bread. Not bad, but when trying to be careful on carbohydrates it's lacking."

"On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. "

"We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. "

"Pool out of order. Out of coffee and breakfast was shelled out while employee was on her phone, oblivious to so many things needing attention. Left to stay elsewhere the rest of the week. "
