"Good hotel with friendly staff, but inability to fix a room lock despite numerous reminders reduces our rating. All of a sudden we were completely locked out of one of our rooms, which happened several times during the stay. Furthermore, we booked a sightseeing trip with the reception desk, but on the actual date the driver didn’t show up. The hotel kept claiming that the tour was booked but at the end it was clear to us that no booking had been made. "

"This is a delightful property with pleasant and attentive staff. The location is perfect, being directly on the beach in the middle of the beach and close to all restaurants. "I hate to leave a bad review but on this one I can’t really help it. We only stayed one night but even for the short amount of time, we did not have a good experience staying here. First of all, not clean when we came. There were a lot of black hairs in the bathroom. Then when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. So I ended up having to take a cold shower in a dirty bathtub. Since we were only staying one night to catch our flight the next morning, I figured I wasn’t gonna say...
