"This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "

"GREAT location. BEAUTIFUL hotel. DELICIOUS breakfast. Super-professional staff. All around excellent experience. Rooms were a good size and really nicely decorated (we stayed in the Victorian rooms). Only slight mis-understanding was on the payment terms. The booking said pay at property but they needed to bill two weeks in advance. "Amazing experience. The best spa I have done. The heavenly package was exactly that, heavenly. The breakfast, rooms, amenities and the restaurant Cultra Inn was a delightful place. "Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also. "
