"Great location, pool is incredible, restaurant is average."

"The room is was clean in general, but there were some short black hairs on the bed sheets. The floor was very dirty, my white socks were black in no time by walking around in the room. Unfortunately our shower was broken and it couldn’t been fixed during our stay, we got a voucher for drinks, which we didn’t like and that was also only valid for this one day, even though our shower was broken for 3 days. Also the receptionist was informed about this in the morning already and until late afternoon nothing even happened! Later they showed up and tried to fix it, but they couldn’t do it, so it stayed broken all the time during our stay. the young blond lady at the bar was really not nice, as the voucher we got for the green stay did only include Softdrinks, beer and housewine, she was very strict and rude, as my friend said she doesn’t drink beer or wine. The breakfast & the staff there was amazing. Best breakfast we ever had in a hotel! Great offer, very healthy & really good quality! Didn’t need parking."

"Reception was on the 3rd floor n rooms were 3 floors on top. For a first time guest, pls clarify how to get in n only one entrance outside the many entrances of the mall will let guest in w a room pass/swipe after 12MN. Our king bed was 2 single beds pushed together,hence d side tables were too far to reach! Otherwise location was handy for anything else n shower was wonderful. Did not have any meals in so can’t comment. Bring your own tea mugs as they have only small coffee cups despite asking d restaurant n kitchen for them. Small metal kettle in room was hot to touch when boiled. Kettle handle was ok so beware"

"Room smelled terrible. They did nothing. You can hear the snoring and talking all night next door. No room in the restaurant for dinner as they bring in tour groups to eat. Disappointed."

"Very spacious room with comfortable bed and massive bathroom! The pool & sauna on the 20th floor are lovely. Good meal in the restaurant with friendly staff. Very good underground parking at reasonable price and close to bus route to get into the city."
