"Our private cabin was good, the shower was excellent. The staff were nice when we passed by them. Didn't really have any need for direct communication with them with contactless registration and check-out. Convenient to the Nisqually park entrance."

"We never saw any staff..they left an envelope on an outside board for us to get into the room. We were assigned an upstairs room with steep stairs and no elevator. We are in our late 70's and it was a chore taking our suitcases and belongings up these stairs. I knocked on their door to the main house to complain, and they never answered the door. Our room was very cluttered with furniture, and miscellaneous pictures, stuff, it had an extra bed, a phone that couldn't be accessed due to all the...

"The biggest advantage of staying here is the location—it’s very close to Mt. Rainier NP entrance which made it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the cabin itself didn’t meet our expectations. It had a noticeable, unpleasant smell, and the bed was extremely soft to the point where it felt like you were sinking into it, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep."

"Room cleanliness was sub-standard compared to my previous stays at a Best Western hotel. Staff was very helpful and prompt when things were brought to their attention. Room: beds uncomfortable (backache every morning) and room needs updating; no ports to plug in cell phone, hearing aids, etc. No towel bar by sink. Breakfast ended at 9 am and was not great. We went to Denny's, which was close by."

"The overall property and room were nice. It was quiet and the breakfast basket was just as described. The only major downside was the air conditioning did not work and our room was between 78-80 degrees all night. That made for a pretty miserable nights sleep."

"Solo traveling and stayed for one night. The room and property felt safe, clean and had great access to nearby stores, restaurants and the freeway. Not my best night of sleep between road noise and hallway noise (I heard doors open and close all night), though the noise from the fan helped cover some of that. Overall would likely stay again. - Breakfast had a good selection, including egg white frittatas, pancakes (the machine is not obvious, many people didn't seem to notice it), bagels...

"Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It had an unpleasant odor, the vinyl flooring was lifting in several areas, and the bathroom counter was too small to comfortably hold toiletries. The shower tile also appeared stained and unclean. I was not informed that I had been assigned an accessible room. Since I arrived late, I chose not to request a different room, but I would have if I'd had the opportunity....
