"This is a brand new hotel. My husband and I liked the cleanliness and its quiet location. However, no one was present at the check-in counter when we arrived in the morning to leave our luggage. Then, same thing happened when we came back to check-in later that day. We had to wait several minutes twice. Both staff apologized and were very helpful and nice though.
