Almost 5,000 miles away from the US mainland, American Samoa National Park is a place few venture to. It's tropical climate, South Pacific views, unique culture, and opportunity for #adventure make it one of my favorite places. Even a short hike on the lower Sauma Ridge trail feels like an achievement when the temperature is reaching 100, but views like this make it worth it.

"In addition to being at a great location with friendly staff, the hotel offers Free paddle boards and bikes… We had a great time. Volcanoes National Park isn’t too far away as well as Rainbow Falls State Park and the incredible birding trail at Kaulana Manu. It was an unbelievable hidden birding song oasis"
