"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! It is over priced. The rooms are small as is the shower room. The hotel needs updating. It is expensive and definitely don't book breakfast. We were not asked what we would like for a cooked breakfast. Instead this was placed in front of us within 2 minutes of us sitting down! It had been sitting around and definitely not cooked to order. The tables weren't laid. Instead you had to get your own cutlery etc. There were a few teabags and small kettle. The...

"Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy .
Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee"

"It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this.
The place itself is very stylish and well decorated."
