"The facility was clean and staff was helpful. Only problem, the pool wasn't available. They had it closed."

"TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals. Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced."

"Loved this hotel. Especially for a hotel near an airport, this far exceeded my expectations. Super friendly staff, small touches like nice snacks available at the front desk for reasonable prices (even available late night!), a nice workout room and pool, cute breakfast area. really loved this stay. Also Paul was especially wonderful at the front desk!"

"The room was clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was not impressive. Without a kitchen I am guessing all food was prepared and dishes and utensils were one use only which adds to trash and should be reusable. The food was ok. Not enough options or fruit. The coffee was extremely bitter and not very good. Also no ice machines in the building. I was given a bag of ice which I kept in room's freezer. Overall the breakfast was not good and properly would be better off buying...

"Any hotels or awful! It was expensive they lie on their website and when you there absolutely no one at the front desk could assist. We booked a room that was a king bed and a double sofa bed we arrived to a queen bed and a twin pull out chair. We had no limits no pillows no extra blanket for the twin chair. When I complain they said that's the way the rooms are and I said well that's not the room I booked and their response to me was well that's how all our rooms are and I said well then you're...

"Clean rooms. Easy access to public transportation. I was able to see all of Rhode Island during my 4 night stay here. 15-20 minutes from downtown Providence. I was easily able to navigate public transit to Newport and Bowen Wharf. Hotel is quiet and also provided a coupon to Chimes a local restaurant nearby. Food was immaculate & affordable. Very nice staff. Great wholesome breakfast."
