"I was attending an event at the Allen County War Collesium and this property is within 4 minutes and easy to get to. The property itself is fine for an overnight. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors in my room. The air conditioner did not really work so I opened the window. Also, the room had a stale cigarette smell and the hallway reaked of Marijuana both nights I stayed. Staff was fine but it felt like I was bugging them both when I checked in and checked out."

"They r under renovations . Staff was quite friendly . I had booked my room app. Nine months before arrival and had pd . But upon arrival was told there was a problem . I was definitely surprised . I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days...

"Room was in poor repair and had a decided odor. That's the good part. The bad part is that they demanded a credit card to hold for incidentals, even though I had paid in advance, and fraudulently charged a night's stay. They also tacked on a parking fee, even though no mention of a parking fee was made at check in. The Hotel's website says free parking. The Expedia page says bus and RV parking is included, but if you search carefully enough, you can find a self park fee for $6. Be ware.
