"Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms. Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good. Good eat as much as you want breakfast. No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa."

Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. "Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying"

"Very clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. No mini fridge in the room and no coffee maker. Glass double door into the bathroom and toilet. The middle section has a strip of frosted glass, still not much for privacy. The staff was pleasant. Overall ambiance was cold. Not our kind of hotel. "
