Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. "We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. "

"We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "The rooms have been considerably upgraded and are much more comfortable than before Marriott took over. But the use of buffet-dinner arrangements at premium prices is disappointing and not good value for money. You don't pay these sorts of prices to have to serve yourself. Apart from the room renovation the hotek is not much improved from the Elegant days but is much more expensive. "
