"Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. "

"I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. "Unexpected deposit admin charge, and also need a big amount of deposit, of which the property has debited my credit card instantly instead of holding the amount. Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. As we reported this issue to the property and had no improvement at all during our stay."
