"This place is absolutely immaculate! From the moment we walked in, the cozy vibes and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The space smells amazing, and every detail shows how much care and thought went into making guests feel comfortable. Everyone we met was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. And the views… oh my goodness! They are breathtaking — like something straight out of a Hallmark movie. I felt so relaxed and refreshed during my stay. I would absolutely come back and stay here again without a second thought. Truly a magical experience! The s’mores by the fire pit is such a fun experience! "

"The room was spotless, warm, inviting and so beautifully decorated for the holiday season. There were no staff on hand since it was the off season but the store was left open for us with instructions how to purchase items using venmo which worked great since we had one person fall ill and needed gatorade. The four people in our party enjoyed the peace of being the only ones on the premises Friday and Saturday. We would love to come again when there is staff at the lodge and bar to get the full experience but it will most definitely be on our "return here" list. "

"It is always nice to start the day with a complimentary breakfast - the offerings here were particularly well managed. Very tidy and freshened frequently. The clerk was very friendly at checkin."

"Very engaging and friendly associate (I believe, Kenneth) during check-in and while we were in the lobby area. He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him. Our room was well maintained and clean. Thank you."
