"Charged 3x for 1 night hotel stay. Booked thru Expedia, paid thru Expedia. Then the hotel franchise charged 2x more times. "The suite was clean and big . If only we had hot water to shower and wash our faces. To be told that the hot water wasn’t working upon arrival and not before was unacceptable.
