"I have been staying here for the past 4 months for work Mon-Thurs. You honestly can't beat the rate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a problem with something in my room (simple maintenance), they got someone up there right away to take care of it. The beds are pretty comfortable (I had a king). The only real issue I had was with the heater/ac, not a deal breaker, but something that should be looked at. Overall, my experience is a good one. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you to all the staff!
P.S. The breakfast is pretty good. Not just coffee and cold food. Each day they do something nice and hot."
"Good location in Boise. As others note the traffic sounds are pretty loud on the north side because of a canyon effect there on the "connector." Otherwise it was a good stay for good price."
"Motel was nice but there weren’t enough carts. Had to wait 20 minutes when we checked in and could not find one at checkout. Being a disabled veteran it was not easy to get my luggage to the car. It took 4 trios. Very frustrating in this area."

"Main management and a few employees are very kind and helpful. Our family was in a studio for a few days. During this time we noticed the employees didn’t like to stay at the front desk. They kept a sign up that says they will be back in a few minutes or dial zero on the phone for immediate assistance. So if you need anything, you constantly had to call them. They were just in the back behind the door hiding out. It just gives the appearance that they’re not real eager to want to help you when they’re not at the front desk greeting you or asking you if there’s anything you might need. Another thing we noticed that we did not care for was how dirty certain parts of the room were. The room itself was absolutely adorable. One thing that we noticed was just walking on the hardwood floors and in about a minute to two minutes your feet would turn black. It was gross. So we tried to keep slippers or socks on. By looking at the floor, it did not look like it was dirty but when you walked on it, it had a film that felt gross and then of course, like I said, your feet would turn black. The maintenance guy came in to try to fix something for us and he even had gotten down on the ground to work and was looking around and mentioned how dirty and dusty it was on the ground and underneath the appliances. As for the amenities, there is no pool or business center. There is a gym and a great outdoor area though. The hotel is located near many stores and eating locations."
