"my advice is to stay somewhere else. to me, this building seemed like it had been used as subsidized housing by a public agency and then sold. The new owner may have transformed each of the units into a hotel room, but they couldn’t change the stairways, the elevators, or the sad depressing feeling inside the building.

"Stylish, clean, convenient 1 BR apartment on the south end of downtown. Easy walk to the Convention Center, Nicollet bus mall, and Loring Park. I didn't take advantage of any of the extra building amenities (fitness room, pool, etc.), but they looked nice!"

"It was close to the airport. The propane who checked us on was super nice. There were people standing around smoking or hanging around. It seemed not safe and the room was basic. The noise above us was loud talking and chairs moving all night long. We did not sleep well here"

"Directions to property were spot on, directions to get into property were easy to follow. Only snafu we had was parking. If you drive a large vehicle (I have a suburban) do not pay for parking as vehicle will not fit. Everything was clean and basic needs were met."
