"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel. "

"My stay at your hotel on 8 June 2025 was exceptional thanks to Shermin, Ahmad, Vicky, and the housekeeping team. Shermin was proactive and efficient, promptly pre-booking my lunch and dinner buffets upon learning I was celebrating a birthday, showing outstanding attentiveness. Ahmad’s birthday room decor was flawless—thoughtfully designed, perfectly executed, and exactly as I envisioned, turning my celebration into a truly memorable occasion. Vicky demonstrated genuine care by noticing three empty water bottles without prompting and immediately replacing them. The Malay housekeeping attendant was friendly, diligent, and meticulous. However, the only significant failure in my stay was the utterly disappointing and frustrating interaction with Reservation Executive Fabio Yong. His communication, solely in writing, was curt, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. When I requested paid birthday room decor for a family member, he falsely claimed the service was unavailable and abruptly terminated the conversation. His blatant refusal to assist or offer alternatives was infuriating and completely unacceptable. This was not a simple misunderstanding but a clear disregard for guest service. Fabio Yong’s attitude seriously tarnishes your brand’s reputation. Immediate corrective action must be taken. Meanwhile, Shermin, Ahmad, Vicky, and housekeeping deserve formal recognition for their exemplary service."

"Thrilling experience for this stay from FO check in to check out very professionally executed. Special thanks to Farah Front office by ensuring my rooms are feather item free and 2 hard pillow was placed in prior to my check in. On 25/5 Housekeeping the male Nepalnese (team leader i presumed) was very attentive and attention to detail by showing me the room feature especially lighting switch to which i have trouble to locate for the first night, he keeps checking about my well being because he saw my feet got burnt marks by hot water. The room is very clean and neat as per my liking. Pool was outstanding but 1 family of 6 (local) brought in mcd, coffee, donuts at the raised deck opposite the toilet was very annoying, leaving rubbish behind, pool staff trying to talk to him but he kept argued. Signboard stated clearly no outside food! Breakfast was so basic but good. Again hightea set in lobby lounge never disappointed me, making me coming back for more. Pastries and savory bites are superb this time. I got 2 jungle bird glass , very unique. Im coming back again in June 25 and reservation been confirmed. My family very happy for this stay. Thank you so much for Ms Farah, Housekeeping and lobby lounge both ladies (one lady with spec chinese and malay ladies) making your hotel guests experienced a memorable and thrilling encountered. Thank you n im coming to have hightea again today 25/5/25 and in June as well.!!!! "

"It was an amazing stay. Everything was excellent, location in bukit bintang where everything is at your door step, breakfast, staff, cleanliness. Attention to details. Recommended hotel if you intend to travel to kuala lumpur. "

"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room. 8.5 out of 10!"

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"
