Food shops around the area with many varieties , extremely friendly staff that were very helpful of where to go and where to dine and reserving a cab to the airport , highly recommended plants near the main train station just two blocks away also pricing is perfect we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go there again and again

You have many dining options around the hotel super convenient transportation less than 3 minutes to main train station 10 Minutes walk to shopping area which is a plus cause it’s quiet around the hotel if around the shopping area it would be always crowded and loud so it’s the best option always happy to revisit

Highly Recommendable Hotel

It’s truly a highly recommendable hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the train station and within easy reach of the city center. We were very pleased with the hotel room. The small welcome treats upon our arrival made us feel truly valued. The room was extremely spacious; it could be preferred for its spaciousness alone. The breakfast was quite satisfying. I can confidently say it was a perfect 10 out of 10. Many thanks to everyone who contributed.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly acceptable, but bathroom was very small, and although there was ample hot water and washing products, towels were of poor quality, and more importantly, there was no mat in the bath, so entering and exiting the bath was potentially dangerous.

Decent hotel, great transport links for trains and trams. Quite dated and the air conditioning was poor. The room was like a furnace for the entire time of our stay. The staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast is excellent, if a little expensive.

Staff are very polite, professional and were happy to help. However the hotel operation was quite disappointing. I booked a room which specifically stated a safe/deposit box was included. The hotel failed to provide this on my first day but arranged to move me to another room the next day. I still had to put a deposit for the safe. However the AC in the new room was not working ( could not be fixed on a Sunday ) and the pillows were rock hard. All in all, the stay turned out as too much hassle for just two nights.

Lovely very large warm room, clean and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable, very convenient for the city with plenty bars and restaurants close by. Old town a short walk and great place for eating and drinking. Breakfast was plenty to choice for everybody and the hotel staff were very friendly and cheerful. Overall this hotel is well worth staying for a great time in Duesseldorf.

Nice and cute hotel, with very courteous staff, amenities were great. Building was a tad old but that's what you get for this part of the city. Overall a great experience and would recommend to family and friends.
